Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The area felt safe. Staff at check in was friendly. Rooms were clean. There were only a couple things that I think could be improved. One, the shower water pressure wasn’t great. When you turn on the shower half of the water still comes out of the faucet. Also, the body wash dispenser was empty which I didn’t discover until I was already in the shower. Other than that everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

The mattress seemed very old and pillows smelled/had no support. The tub was dirty and have red stains. Not ventilation at all.

Super comfortable beds. Great restaurant next door. Great location. Bummer that the pool wasn't open, but it happens. I will definitely stay here again.

这家HI酒店挺典型的——我还没住过不好的。位置很方便，离市中心很近。早餐不包含在房费里，但你可以提前预订酒店餐厅的自助餐，这样可以省点钱。不过早餐也就一般般。如果下次再去，我可能会碰碰运气，找一家外面比较好的餐馆吃早餐。
酒店很舒适，员工也很友好。淋浴很棒，水压也很好。如果你喜欢泡热水澡，那可要小心了，这个热水澡不好用。我始终没能让喷水功能启动，而且水温极高，简直烫得要命。房间里还有一股难以形容的怪味，我觉得应该不是我闻到的。酒店周围也确实没什么可逛的。所以总的来说，感觉一般般。
淋浴间没有浴帘，浴室水槽排水非常慢，午夜过后，我们等了大约5到10分钟房卡激活，结果到了房间后发现房卡打不开门，只好又去前台换了一把。真是令人失望的经历。
我不小心通过第三方预订了错误城市的房间（这是我的错），而且还是误订的（这又是我的错）。发现订错后，我联系了酒店和*******。我打电话给酒店，工作人员告诉我他们无能为力，绝对不予退款。我又打电话给*******，他们的代表代表我联系了酒店，试图取消预订并退款。但酒店依然不配合。我没有钱取消预订，所以周末我只能从住的地方单程通勤40分钟到酒店。到了酒店后，我发现房间里的床看起来像是有人坐过或躺过。我住的那层楼还有其他家庭，我在房间里能听到他们房间里的一切动静。我知道订错房间是我的错，但我从未遇到过如此不配合的情况。这给我带来了极大的不便，我真希望自己能住在家人附近。
房间太热 - 没有空调
办理入住时，没有人接待我们。前台工作人员只是让我们签个字，然后说我们住在二楼。仅此而已。我们房间的空调坏了。第二天早上醒来时，房间里竟然有81华氏度（约27摄氏度）。入住当晚我们就告诉了前台空调坏了，但她并不在意。第二天退房时，前台工作人员也只是说有人正在赶来修理。热水浴缸的喷头也坏了。孩子们倒是很喜欢游泳池。总之，这次入住体验非常令人失望。
