Clean, nice updated rooms, all the staff I encountered were nice. Decent typical breakfast in the morning. The area was very nice, lots of shopping, quiet and dining options. Would definitely stay again! 25 mins from city

Considering Royal Oak?
The Hyatt Place meets Hyatt standards. Nicely furnished and has one of the better buffet breakfasts. It is well located and complimentary parking is a plus. Staff are all pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was very nice but be careful when booking. I used a third-party site to book my room and paid much more than I needed to. I only realized it when I got the bill and called the hotel to confirm the charges. They were correct but I was told the normal rates were about $100 per night lower than I paid.

Brk was good. Liked everything but two things it took 15 minutes for the hot water to reach the sixth floor - we timed it after the first time. The phone did not work to contact the desk - had to use my cell and go through the options

Great Stay!
My stay at the Hyatt was awesome. Room was very comfortable and clean. Super walkable to local bars, food options, and more. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Likes: Very clean property, walkable, easy parking, friendly bartender. Dislikes: Staff at front desk not the friendliest, staff at front desk seem to lack common answers regarding the property, staff at front desk lack interpersonal skills.

Almost perfect
The ONLY negative about my “many” nights at this hotel is that the Hot water is NOT hot enough to take a shower until the “Morning”. Any other time it’s Luke warm at best😕

这次入住体验有三个主要问题。
1）淋浴简直糟糕透了——竟然要等十五分钟才能流出像样的热水。幸好我时间充裕——如果我是出差，急着去开会，肯定会非常恼火。离开那天，我甚至在热水流出来的这段时间里收拾好了行李，还整理了一下房间。真是浪费水。
2）衣柜门上的铰链坏了——虽然不是什么大问题，但让整个房间感觉无人问津，缺乏维护。明明很容易就能修好，却没人管。这说明酒店对顾客体验的质量把控很差。
3）墙壁很薄——凌晨2点45分，我能听到邻居回来，用手机放音乐，打开淋浴，然后隔着墙做些亲密的事情。
总的来说，酒店位置不错，前台和客房服务都很好，停车也很方便。
