Loved the cleanliness of the room. You can tell truly cleaned. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows amazing. Didnt have time to try breakfast but will look forward to staying again. Very friendly staff at the front desk - thank you to the young lady who took care of the coffee machines.

Only complaint regards entry doors to guest rooms. EXTREMELY difficult to open. Close so forcefully that they are actually a safety hazard if a finger happened to get caught.

午夜时分，空调坏了，外面太热了，5个月大的宝宝也受不了。最后终于让他们帮我们换了房间，但当时太晚了，我们还没睡，所以我们要求如果可能的话可以延迟退房。他们无法为我们安排。
我和客人的住宿体验非常糟糕。工作人员非常不热情，直到第二天晚上才让我们入住。我们不得不睡在一个马桶坏了的房间里，还被告知必须自己修理，而且我们还是付费顾客，该怎么办？
入住时不接受 Chime 卡，但允许预订两张卡。
酒店总体来说还不错。我们到那里办理入住时遇到了点问题，被告知不能使用我预订酒店的那张卡。因为是 Chime 卡。我的钱全都放在这张卡里，是家人付的房费。Chime 卡是我唯一拥有的卡，所以如果在来之前知道就好了。结果我姐夫不得不用他的信用卡（我们不想用）付钱。如果我们不是和家人一起旅行，我猜他们不会把房间给我们吧？？？
