everything with the room was fine. A bit disappointed that the ice machine was not working. I only got 3 cubes of ice :(

My first stay at this location and if I need to be in the area again I will stay here again. Online check-in allowed me to go directly to my room when I arrived and the staff was very accommodating and professional. Room was spacious, clean and the be was comfortable. It was such a good experience I was happy to write this review.

There were 4 of us ladies and only had 2 wash cloths. Towels were good but not enough wash cloths.

酒店回复: I am sorry about that, but that is standard towel amount we put in the rooms. But we most definitely would have been able to give you extra. Next time please let us know that you need more and we would have been glad to help.

The Hotel was clean if somewhat run down. It would probably be good for a one night stay but we stayed 7 days. There was maid service the second day because we filled out the card no more until Friday from Saturday, Not even to dump the trash. Had to go to main desk to get big trash bag and no card to request maid service. Also had to go to main desk to get towels and toilet paper as nothing was checked. Have traveled the world with Military Dad and don't necessarily expect perfection but never saw a hotel that didn't at least empty the trash and fill the toilet paper. Also no hot items for breakfast 2 of the 7 days. Luckily Ashland had a few restaurants open Thanksgiving morning. Desk clerk only apologized the first morning and then treated it like it was normal. Never again.

酒店回复: Your review is noted, but it was a Holiday and I prefer my staff spend time with family on Holidays which is why there was no hot breakfast or housekeeping on Thursday 11/27/25. I am sorry our owners chose to have stayover serves every 3-5 days. We do not have daily housekeeping.

We paid $96 in Ashland, OH for 1 night. We were just passing thru. Rooms smelled like Body oder. Not sure if the sheets and blankets were even clean. Previous guess dirty wash clothes hanging off shower rod. The carpet was all stained. Just disgusting.

We found a vape left on the floor and our room was not cleaned even though we were there 2 nights. The shower kept shutting off while using it.

床单很脏，换了两次房间，工作人员也不通融。在这种情况下不退款或不给抵用券太不公平了。
酒店离州际公路很近，但是设施非常老旧。电梯里的地毯看起来像是从没换过，磨损得很厉害，急需更换。我房间的天花板有水渍，而且没有修补过。房间里也没有洗发水，只有润肤露和护发素。书桌椅子的布料都磨破了。不过床单倒是很干净，床垫很硬，但是没有像旧床垫那样塌陷。床头灯旁的插座不能用（我的手机没充电，差点睡过头）。早餐还不错。总的来说，这个酒店满足了我的基本需求，但绝对不是一个高档的地方。不过，街对面的汉普顿酒店每晚要贵100多美元。
