Staff was phenomenal! However house keeping missed cleaning the outside of the toilet in our room and there was urine all over the sides. Pretty gross.

The staff is terible house keeping don't understand English- gave me room on first floor with patio not clean. King size mattress is worst not able to sleep at night feel like sleeping on springs. Complain to Recepcion defending its new mattress. Only stay a night even booked for two nogjts. When checking asked frint desk told they are not checked me iut early as i booked through expedia.want to talk to manager said she is not available, worst experience at this hilton garden.

I had a terrible experience with *******.
Arrived at Hilton Gardens and there wasn't any rooms reserved. I had gotten email confirmation form ******* saying I was all set but when I arrived no rooms were confirmed.We should have had five rooms but had no rooms.
We had to be delayed for hours trying to find rooms. Due to this terrible experience I will never attempt to use ******* again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Clean room with the exception of the mattress pad and fitted sheet kept popping off the bed.
Bed was comfortable & plenty of hot water for bath time.

Our room was clean but they forgot to vacuum the carpet, restock the coffee bar, and supply the bathroom with a bar of soap. I did get a bar of soap from the front desk staff and asked that the coffee item be sent up but that never came. The towels in our room and at the pool are awful. Thin and sooooo scratchy. We expected better from a Hilton.

房间很大，住得很舒服，浴室里的龙头非常好用，非常满意，朋友也很喜欢整个房间的设施。下次来这边玩还会选择这家酒店。
非常棒的地方。工作人员都非常友善，而且早餐都是现点现做，热乎新鲜。唯一的遗憾是浴室里没有排气扇，洗澡后蒸汽很大，刮胡子不太方便。除此之外，入住体验非常棒。
酒店位于德尔斯小镇，环境不错 ，酒店停车场很大，并且是免费的，附近的游乐设施很多，有全美最大的水上乐园等，可以考虑
