Room was clean friendly staff was greeted at the end of the night when I came back with the receptionist and remembered my name which made me feel at home .Thank you.

Overall the hotel was fine. We found a few crickets in our room the night we checked in. Keep in mind it was the fifth floor but besides that it’s not too bad. I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

The staff was incredibly nice.
One thing that was lacking was the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the room. I noticed a lot of mold growth in and arround the shower. Not a fan of that, but it was only just unsightly, the rest of our stay was amazing.
我参加葬礼期间入住这家酒店。早上8:30我离开,下午晚些时候回来时,发现房门开着。不是半开,而是用门上的安全杆撑着。我进房间后发现房间根本没打扫。我当时非常慌张,担心有人偷走了我的电脑或其他贵重物品。我立即向前台报告了情况。客房服务人员承认他们确实没有打扫房间,这倒是事实。但是,酒店工作人员却无法告诉我是谁进了我的房间,而且门还开着。我跟一位名叫帕特里克的员工谈过,他说他会立即调查,并打电话告诉我谁进了404房间。结果我既没接到电话也没收到回复。虽然人都会犯错,但有安保人员在,这种错误绝对不能发生。我离开超过8个小时,任何人都有可能进出我的房间,包括其他酒店客人。这种情况完全不可接受。
整体条件很差,没有客房服务,房间隔天打扫一次,早餐也很糟糕,煎饼是用陈面粉做的。
自从看到蟑螂爬来爬去之后,我就再也不喜欢这里了。我再也不会来了。唯一的好事是,妮可女士免费补偿了我一晚。
经理弗雷德拒绝与我和我的团队沟通。我们不得不联系前台代表,反映我们的投诉和问题。感谢帕特里克和卡什,他们让我们感到被倾听。但并没有得到太多的照顾。
他们超额预订,把我的房间给了别人。我犹豫了大概半个小时,不知道是否需要换个房间,终于订到了房间。结果他们给我安排的房间空调坏了,地板上有好几只虫子需要灭掉,电话也坏了,WiFi也只能在大堂用。
不得不换房间两次……第一次是因为气味,第二次是因为我看到了一只大蟑螂
服务的黑头发的人不太善于交际。
