Such a nice staff they are always super nice and helpful to my aunt that has come several times they even helped her take her bags out after her surgery to help her

The rooms, while somewhat dated, were extremely clean. The standout, however, is the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast team, they are incredible. Friendly, hardworking, and looking out to make sure the customers have a positive and comfortable experience. Extra mention is the breakfast each morning. It is not your standard 'free hotel breakfast'. Overnight oats, chia puddings, breakfast burrito station...incredible! Would highly recommend this location when staying in Germantown.

Went to check into my **already paid** room, my card kept “declining” for the deposit hold In case you trash the room or something, Anyway I tried 3 different cards with the same declined message. Another customer who was Checking in next to me had the same problem. So obviously this was a hotel problem not a me problem. Anyway I get told to sit down in the lobby until they figured it out. We are tired after traveling 8 hours on the road, we just want to shower and grab some dinner. Still waiting for them to figure it out and
We are still here in the lobby waiting even tho our room is PAID. Ask to see if we can just try later and this worker was very rude, full of attitude and was very condescending. She was a heavy set African American lady with short hair I don’t remember her name. She was just immediately responding with attitude where it was definitely NOT necessary! She should not be the person you have helping people cuz she’s not very good at it. The other young lady there was very nice and professional. Other than that AWFUL Check in experience the room was very nice, spacious, clean and in a very nice area. We would consider coming back to this hotel again because it was so nice but I’m not sure because of the worker. This is the first time we have encountered a rude worker! We travel a lot due to travel sports and this is def the first neg experience.

Safe and clean place to stay near Memphis
Very clean and safe hotel. The area seemed very safe. I saw no bugs for the 3 days, 2 nights I was there. The staff was friendly and professional.

Very friendly and very clean
Well, my aunt was being seen at Campbell’s clinic. We stayed there for that home. Feel after surgery! Boy did they show up and show out clean rooms very nice front desk. We absolutely love our stay.

我们的房间是一个套房 骑士和客厅是分开的 外面有家庭大小冰箱 和两个做饭的电磁炉都很方便 餐具也都配齐了 体验感真的好
我的入住体验从头到尾都糟糕透了。家具又旧又脏，椅子破损不安全，随时可能让人摔倒。地毯破烂不堪，更增添了房间的破败感。虽然酒店标榜禁烟，但房间里弥漫着之前客人留下的难闻气味。床单很脏，很多电源插座都坏了。泳池关闭了，门也很脏。更糟糕的是，熨衣板脏得令人作呕。这家酒店唯一的优点就是周边环境不错。我以后绝不会再来这里。

我不能代表整个酒店，但我们的房间已经很久没有翻新或装修过了。这倒不是什么大问题，但家具磨损严重，几乎所有地方的油漆都剥落了，就连墙角的装饰条都快掉了。浴室门内侧还有霉斑。我们不是挑剔的人，但这家酒店价格更高，我觉得我们完全可以住更便宜、更干净的地方。我们选择这家酒店是因为它看起来比较安全。好不容易安顿好孩子们，他们也睡着了。凌晨3点，火警警报响了。还好，没有火灾。我们把两个惊魂未定、精神抖擞的孩子带回房间，哄他们睡着。警报又响了。我们又穿好衣服出去。从凌晨3点到6点半，这种情况一共发生了5次。我希望早餐能弥补一下，但我丈夫说不会。泳池还不错。
