In general the room was in good condition.
Just so happened I was in a handicapped room, which I didn’t mind. (I am not disabled)
The shower, for a disabled person was terrible.
The hand held shower wand was screwed on so tight it couldn’t ride up & down on the adjusting bar.
The water pressure was poor.
I was showering @ 5:30 am, on a Sunday, I don’t believe there was that many other hotel guests up at that hour.
The shower needs to be redone.
Certainly with the a disabled person in mind.

Service at front desk was profesional. The room was in order. The room intially had an odor possibly from a pet. Turned on the air conditioner and the odor disappeared after an hour. Parking is not free, cost was $5.00. Breakfast is not free.

The staff great the breakfast great the price was good.At first glance great bed was so comfy.But our shower door had not been cleaned in a long time.I asked for hosekeeping they only clean everyother day.They cleaned Saturday the last night we were there.So all the other days this is what we delt with black thick mold falling on our bath mats and our shower floor We were given breakfast passes.The head of housekeeping was not helpful or the houskeepers in the hall.They stated it wasnt their room to clean.We wont choose these again we will go back to what we know is good. We were also told the general manager would call us he never did nor an email.That speaks volumes.

The menu was limited with the options limited to the basics. However, these basics were good. I would have liked to see more eco-wise choices: for instance, it would be good to have a pitcher for half and half instead of those tiny plastic containers. It also would have been nice to have a dispenser of water present and available to all.

Everything was great from checking in and out staff was absolutely wonderful but the room i stayed in had a HORRIBLE smelled when i walked into and it was coming out of the bathroom it had a very strong smell to point i had to take it quick shower cause it smelled so bad in there smelled like straight nair😷

Room was clean and comfy besides the fact that it backed to the interstate, so the noise of constant cars was quite obnoxious. Curtains are not black out, lots of early sun.

That checked us in was not pleasant. I gave her an email that showed I had rescheduled to one night. She did t help said I was charged for 2 nights since I was a no show. I finally gave up. We were tired and wanted our room. You need better help

酒店回复: Good day,Looking at your reservation there are no notes stating that you weren't going to be able to make on the 7th which was your scheduled arrival. It's always best to contact the hotel directly especially if you book your room through an 3rd party to make sure information was passed down correctly.

Shower was very loud, breakfast buffet was lacking in comparison to other hotels. Had to evacuate the hotel at 12am because of fire alarm , went back in a half hour later
