There was several pluses to this hotel the cleanliness and spacious suite. However, my stay was disrupted by dogs barking in the hotel room above me. I had to alert management and the issue was NOT resolved. This was frustrating because I was traveling with a newborn and toddler who both gotten woken up at 9pm, 11pm, and around 1:45am.

Very clean, food was good, really appreciated the small coffee makers in the room. We love our first couple cups of coffee earlier than when the breakfast room opens. Great place.

So many positives - had a king bed studio suite for a one night stay. Very clean, comfortable and stylish room. Complimentary parking and convenient for all local services and nearby Mall in Fredericksburg. Breakfast was disappointing- basic and predictably bland with little if any choice of healthy options.

到达时一切似乎都还好。进房间后发现浴室里到处都是头发，很不干净。房间其他地方倒是没问题。第二天早上早餐烤糊了，而且其中一位负责做早餐的女士在后厨剧烈咳嗽。前台的女士们则在闲聊其他同事。总之，体验很差，非常不专业。
我要求延迟退房，她同意到12点半。11点半他们就把房间收拾干净了，11点32分我的连帽衫被偷了。当时我在房间外面，就在车旁边。其他清洁工说她又来了。所以他们知道她会偷东西。这是我住过的最差的房间。衣柜坏了，电梯和流水声都很吵。除此之外，有些员工非常友善，谢谢。
