Good location for the price. Easy access to the beltway and University Ave which makes it easy to get to anywhere. Also walkable to the outdoor mall with lots of food options. Property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were quiet. Family friendly.

The front desk was difficult to get a hold of at one point. Although it was during overnight hours, the expectation was that it was open 24 hours and it did not seem like that was the case. Myself and another guest waited over 20 minutes to find someone. Even after knocking on the employee door and calling the front desk.

过去两年我们在这里住过几次，但决定是时候换一家新酒店了。客房服务是个问题。他们没有床垫，或者说他们故意不用。还有（最大的问题）他们不用床单。床垫上铺着床单，然后是绗缝毯。服务车上没有绗缝毯，我猜他们不会在客人离开后更换……真恶心。我们的房间在二楼，员工似乎在那里长时间坐着看手机。管理层肯定换了。我们住的酒店已经不是同一家了。

我们到房间的时候，马桶堵了。我理解这种事。另外，我们没订到我们付钱订的房间。非常失望。泳池太冷了。我们不会再住希尔顿酒店了。
