过去两年我们在这里住过几次,但决定是时候换一家新酒店了。客房服务是个问题。他们没有床垫,或者说他们故意不用。还有(最大的问题)他们不用床单。床垫上铺着床单,然后是绗缝毯。服务车上没有绗缝毯,我猜他们不会在客人离开后更换……真恶心。我们的房间在二楼,员工似乎在那里长时间坐着看手机。管理层肯定换了。我们住的酒店已经不是同一家了。

我们到房间的时候,马桶堵了。我理解这种事。另外,我们没订到我们付钱订的房间。非常失望。泳池太冷了。我们不会再住希尔顿酒店了。
价格实惠,但噪音大,而且不太干净。地毯上有很多大污渍,床框也脏兮兮的。隔壁邻居说话的声音正常,你都能听到。地理位置优越,环境安全。
