UTM's best
The hotel is starting to get dated. It's a whole lot better than the place next door that looks abandoned. Breakfast was excellent and the UTM shirts on the weekend staff made me feel at home.

Expensive beat up hotel
A 30 year old in a worn out T-shirt manned the front desk, weird, but OK. It was the fans on the floor in all the hall ways and the mildew on the shower doors that made this not a good purchase. It was quiet. I was afraid to leave my fiancé there alone and we are from st. louis.

The air conditioner in the room is extremely loud and outdated. I couldn’t sleep because the constant noise made me anxious—it sounded like an explosion each time the engine kicked on.

Place needs a remodel pretty bad. Customer service was very friendly, great staff! Really close to UT Martin!

Student move in UT MARTIN
The room was clean and nice! There were little black bugs only on the desk! I did inform front desk and was told they were aware and exterminator was coming!

We were dropping our sone off at UT Martin. Hotel is very clean but dated.

It was clean, convenient to our destination. The commode was very low and a bit difficult for me, and the shower could have used another safety bar for entering the shower. but, otherwise, all was very nice.
