its been awhile since ive been there. but it was great again. newly decorated. nice. Needs some plants or floweers to brighten up the inside, the colors are too plain and blahh. You need the name on the outside of the hotel. its off the highway. need to see the name on the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first evening, I tried to take a shower at 9:00 p.m. The water was cold and the water pressure barely a trickle. I called the front desk and was told that they would reset the water heater and to wait 5 minutes. The water never got above lukewarm. I also found 2 dirty bath towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door that were still there from the laat person who stayed in our room. The second day, we were gone all day at a family event and returned to the room at 7:00 p.m. Our room had not had a thing done to it by the cleaning staff. I went down to the front counter and was told that on days the hotel is full, they don't clean the rooms. The email I received from this hotel upon check-in stated they clean daily. The employee asked me what I needed and I told her I needed new towels, tissues, as the box was empty, and more toilet paper as we were nearly out of it. She gathered these items and walked me up to my room. She asked if I was the person who had called the previous evening about the cold shower water water and told me that the hotel had tankless water heaters and said to take showers at odd times if I wanted hot water. She said that when lots of people are showering, there isn't enough hot water. I took a shower on the 2nd morning and had cold water and barely enough pressure to wash the soap off my body and the shampoo out of my hair.

I was very disappointed in this hotel and expect better service from Hampton.

Perfect stay

Everything about this trip was wonderful. Staff was super friendly, breakfast options were great and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.
