我们11:30退房的时候，接待处的女士非常生气，态度也很粗鲁。我问她能不能帮我记下她的名字，但她没有，因为她知道我会抱怨她。
一个脾气暴躁的老妇人不应该站在接待处对人大喊大叫，说话也不好听。我觉得她应该去上课，学习如何与人沟通。
乘坐U2地铁10分钟即可抵达市中心。不过，朝前的房间比较吵，因为四车道的Hammer Landstraße路经此处。
一家维护良好的中档酒店，员工友好、周到且专业。房间干净宽敞，床铺舒适。早餐种类丰富。靠近地铁站。
