I am currently at the Hampton inn in Jericho NY I have stayed 7 days so far , I have had several interactions with the staff , I usually have to wait at least 20 minutes on line to speak to a person at the front desk which I have done several times because my key card stopped working I have noticed other guess had the same experience, this hotel does not have a hot tub which I would expect for the price of the room , I will never stay at this hotel again I would recommend others do the same .

Sad in that we stayed here last week and enjoyed the stay but this time greeted by someone let’s say not interested in helping. The room I booked was no longer available so got stuck in a suite. Don’t get the suite unless you have 30 people sleeping on the floor. The bed was made but a dirty towel and tissues were on the floor and trash can in bathroom. Of course calling the lobby or house keeping was cherry on top of a crappy nite. One line was busy and the second sent me to voicemail that was of course filled. I know NY is known as the city that goes to sleep early but this happened at 930 pm. Very disappointed and will search for any place but here
