I paid for a pool view corner room and they did not give me the room type or a reduced rate. Also, they are charging for parking now. The updates on the hotel are charging their concept. They are not honoring third party bookings with the same priority any longer. Not happy this time!

Loved our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Particularly enjoyed the interior space and the cozy bar area. Breakfast choices were plentiful.

Very clean, rooms are spacious and updated. Complimentary happy hour and heated pool. Breakfast was delicious, everyday different variety and omelette bar. Location was great and close to many shopping areas and restaurants.

Everything was perfect , I would definitely stay again . Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I wish I could’ve taken those pillows home with me . Hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights

Very comfy bed and pillows. Water pressure lacked and hot water was straight from volcano but did its job. Food and bev staff were all excellent, omelet chefs were both wonderful. Meaghan was lovely.
