The lady at the reception area didn't seem to have any idea that I had made a reservation a week or two before arriving. We had three adults and she asked me if we needed two beds. Of course, with three adults. She kept looking and looking for a room on Sunday evening. I had my reservation confirmation and she didn't want to see it, which irritated me. She just kept looking. Finally, she round a room, problem being that she didn't really know who to run the charge machine. I had to put my card through twice and then she wasn't certain. Then I started wondering if I was going to be charged twice or maybe three times for the room. I just didn't have confidence in her and she did the same thing to the lady behind me. Still have ???? about her. Room was fine after we were assigned one.

Clean, bright and friendly employees.
We have stayed at this hotel for the last couple of years and even through it's remodeling. It's been great every time we've been there. The employees are always so friendly and want to help us in every way.

The staff here was simply amazing! They went above and beyond to be helpful & friendly. The hotel itself was clean, in great condition. Our room was spotless. I can't say enough good things about our stay here - especially after we had to check out of another hotel, it was a relief to stay here.

The hotel was a good location, I booked a room that said sleeps 5 but it didn’t, it only had 2 beds and not a pull out couch. I was only there one night so I didn’t complain we made do.

I am deeply disappointed in this experience. Booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving. Upon checking in, find out that both have been down for a month with no ETA for a fix. There was never an attempt to contact me before my checkin day to inform me that a significant amenity that I was paying for would not be available. While I would have been allowed to cancel without penalty upon checking in, that would have left me driving around town looking for another option on labor day weekend - not acceptable.
The recently remodeled bathrooms also had a sink that the drain popup got stuck on, so I spend the morning with a sink full of water that wouldn't drain. Staff was great, hotel and rooms were very clean. But I feel like the hotel did a bait and switch on me with the amenities and I should have been given a significant discount on the room for not receiving what I paid for.
