The hotel was nice. Under construction which was not something we were told about. The room was nice. The bed was too soft for me. The pillows were also too soft. The breakfast ran out of food because the employee came in an hour late.

Poor Management, Poor Customer Service
Doors stuck. Property being renovated. They shut off the elevator with no notice. I am disabled and had to carry everything down the stairs. When I complained, was told to bad. I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel ever again. Will be contacting IHG to find out if this is their policy.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean and up to date. Breakfast was decent and consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt.
