The first room was unacceptable it was out of service then they moved me to a different room with no hot water..breakfast choices were horrible.. I feel as though they should upgrade to internet TVs.The staff was very helpful and polite..the room i was moved to was beside the laundry room…it was very noisy…overall I wouldn’t recommend this particular hotel

Front Desk Clerk Tequila!!
The front desk clerk named Tequila (may not have the correct spelling) is AMAZING!!! Super nice, very friendly, makes you feel at home. Greenville MS Holiday Inn Express you have a great employee.

Breakfast was fresh. House keeping came in and put new towels out. But they just threw the cover on the bed. The bathroom was not clean at all.

The room was great!!! I have no complaints. Very happy with my stay there. Looking forward to returning soon.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It appeared that much of the place had been renovated or updated nicely but maintenance was lacking. Bathroom floor grout and caulking was gross, tub stained and water ran constantly, and floors needed vacuumed much better especially in corners. A maintenance man walked straight into our room without knocking to check on something we had not reported.

Peaceful stay a long week of working you need a place to relax. I find it this hotel chain is very peaceful quiet very clean rooms. Excellent host receptionist. Everyone is friendly when I’m in town. I always stay here.
