A traditional Hampton property, what I have come to expect. Unfortunately the loud traffic from the road (not a highway) continued to wake us during the night. I would recommend insisting on a room as far from the road as you can get. Also, they may need a muffler shop in this part of town!

Check in lady refused to check in with my UK id stating that she had to have a US id otherwise I couldn’t be traced. Evidently Hampton inn discriminates against international travelers. My disabled husband then had to give his US id to enable us to stay.
The sink faucet was broken. The shower head too high to reach to change spray. One chair although there are two beds. Terrible experience was only redeemed by the very pleasant gentleman on morning duty.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There was a strange odor that reminded me oh a vets office in my room though, just a faint odor. But overall the stay was nuce and not far off i75, so easy access.

This location is great. The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Only complaint is there was a little bit of road noise and hallway noise when people came in late. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices and places to sit.

This hotel charged my card for smoking in the room and that was not true. $250 was charged to my card at checkout they are saying housekeeping told them . I have asked for proof knowing no smoking was done while in hotel. I have not received ANYTHING.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again . Drove in from Cincinnati.
