On day eight of a road trip. First place where front desk staff was actually rude. Otherwise, the street/highway noise is really, really bad. Kept us up most of the night.

We checked out after finding the room not clean. The tv didn’t work, maintenance man wouldn’t answer phone to fix tv. We left, cancelled our credit card & went to another motel. On top of that I had a medical procedure the next morning. I didn’t need that stress at that time. My hubby was going to watch Monday Night Football. Owner of this Hampton’s last name is Patel. His prices are outrageous! Love Hampton Inn, won’t stay in this one ever again!!

Comfortable bed - just wish there was a summer-weight blanket for bed. The comforter was too hot but all else was great. Very clean and breakfast was very good!

We happened to be there the weekend of the horrible flooding of the Guadalupe River and deaths of so many people. Hampton Inn was a welcoming place to be.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was wonderful. I had a little mishap opening the refrigerator and broke and rip off a finger nail. Messaged for bandages as I didn’t have any. Bandages were delivered to my door. That is customer service.

I liked- the large area to walk dogs and the friendly check in staff.
I didn't like- I double checked with the front desk as to what time check out was. ..noon. We left to eat breakfast at a restaurant and came back to find our belongings stacked out in the hallway. We were back at 10:30 am. Front desk said she'd talk to the girl. I'm uncomfortable leaving this review. There was probably a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. It is a nicely kept property and I would stay here again.
