Our experience with staff and room was overall very good. the room lacks adequate lighting and needs more towel holders in the shower area and the vanity. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Love Aloft Delray Beach. Second time staying there. Location is great and mostly quiet (except for loud guests in the hallway at 1am, but that’s not the hotels fault!) The only complaint we had was how loud the AC units were- a couple of us in our group had problems sleeping due to the noise. That aside, the staff were great and I would stay there again.

It’s okay. The room was pretty basic but clean with modern looking but minimalist furniture. Lobby was much the same but with nicer furnishings. There is a small bar and kitchen. Paid parking exists at the hotel.

While the staff were very nice on arrival. The bartender and wait staff were very nice. The first night there the alarms went off for three hours straight starting at 10pm. When I spoke with the front desk they apologized for the inconvenience. Also the tape water seemed tainted when I asked for bottles of water they pointed me in the direction of purchasing them normally would not be a big deal but we were staying for 4 days and three nights and the tape water was bad. The Management seemed bothered most of our stay!
