Staff at the pool was courteous and attentive. The kept the area clean and inviting. Lupita and Limbeth attended the bar and Alejandra mastered the grill. Great staff!

My family and friends have been going to the GR Caribe for over 20 years and it has always been great. The staff are superior to any other hotel in Cancun we have tried. However, on this last trip, we had to rely on the staff more than ever and they were always able to accommodate our needs. We had trouble getting internet with our phones and could not get into our favorite restaurant, Marco Polos. Osiris was there every night helping us get our reservations so we could enjoy the best meals. Our favorite waiter, Israel, waited on us for almost every lunch and dinner. If there was anything we needed, he would find a way to get it. My father needs a ground floor room because he has trouble walking, they were able to get us the rooms we requested. I hope that we can continue to enjoy our Spring break at this hotel and thank you to all the staff there that work so hard to make our stay a great experience!

The GR Caribe newly renovated property is beautiful. My husband and I always enjoy our stay, we travel approximately twice a year. The resort is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Auri at the Royal Solaris lobby bar is always working hard with a smile providing excellent service, and Alma in Rosamarius restaurant you find in the restaurant always cleaning offering excellent service with whatever you need. We look forward to seeing these ladies everytime we are there; they are like family we greet with a warm hug.

Restaurant Bogavante was excellent and our waiter Jaime gave us outstanding service, we were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and treated us like kings!!!! We will definitely be going back there again and sit in his section!

Darwin was the best manager at Bogavante. Ceviche was yummy and the grilled fish and you couldn’t beat the beautiful views! Turquoise Caribbean beautiful. All you can drink/eat- with beautiful shows and views. We enjoyed our visit for our 20th anniversary!

我非常喜欢 Bogavante 的 Fabian 和 Neftali！！！这是酒店里我最喜欢的餐厅，这全都是因为 Fabian 和 Neftali……请不要搬走他们！！！求求你了！！！作为会员，我最讨厌的一件事就是酒店不断地调动客人……我们作为会员，喜欢每次都看到同样的人，这样我们才有宾至如归的感觉！！！当酒店管理层把我们的朋友调到其他地方时，感觉就不一样了！！！我真的希望管理层能听取会员的意见！！！！！！新管理层上任后，会把行之有效的东西搞砸，而不是把行不通的东西搞砸！！！！！！也许管理层需要“和”会员们“谈谈”，看看哪些地方行不通，而不是自己承担起“做点不同的事情”的责任！！！！！！请不要从 BOGAVANTE 带走 FABIAN 或 NEFTALI！！！！！！求求你！！！他们就是我去 Bogavante 的原因！
