Our room was very clean. One curtain was draping as the connection for it was gone. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The location had places to walk to like a mall and restaurants.

There was something on the ceiling in the sitting area that looked like it might have been mold. There was dirt visible around the air vents. There seemed to be something wrong with the mixer/ faucet handle in the shower. Room 416.

Closing the breakfast bar at 9 am is too early. There are a lot of guests trying to eat right as staff are closing it down.

Good overall - just avoid 236 until AC is fixed

Room was fairly clean and well accommodated. Gym facilities were adequate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. AC unit in room 236 was not functioning properly - it would cool sufficiently but during cycles it would drip loudly, making sleep difficult. Also, the carpet in the room seemed excessively dirty and facial tissues were almost empty on arrival.

We arrived at the property checked in and found the room to be very dirty and not cleaned. There was food on the walls, an old moldy hotdog in the window, and extremely dirty floors, blood on the curtains and hair all over in the bathroom. The noise outside the room was so loud I slept with a pillow over my head. The beds are rock hard and the door going out to the balcony was broken. I’d never stay at this property again nor would I recommend it.
