There was no mention about the parking situation when I booked it showed parking on site. Cost me an extra 80$ for parking.
There wasn’t even complementary water.
We waited over an hour and 45 min at the rooftop restaurant for our food and when we went to the bar to order the bartender was drinking what appeared to be a shot of whiskey.

Room was decently clean. Odd setup...arrive in hotel on first floor, yet check in and front desk is on 6th floor. Housekeeping is not provided unless specifically requesting with front desk each day.

I honestly do not complete any reviews at all, but I LOVED this properly. The pool was BEAUTIFUL! The security at night and during the day is top tier. You need a keycard to get ANYWHERE and it makes me feel super safe. This hotel is a very short walk away from Bridgestone Arena and Broadway which are two very big landmarks for the area. The hotel inside is well upkeeped and maintained and the rooms were huge. ZERO COMPLAINTS.

Great facility, room was clean and updated. Only complaint would be that the bathroom door is a sliding door and wouldn’t stay shut when attempting to close for privacy.

Hotel was in a nice spot walking distance from Broadway. Breakfast options were limited (waffle maker broken) Hotel staff did not speak very good English. Asked if they had peanutbutter and they had to ask someone else what that was. Room was a good size but if anyone has to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom everyone is getting woken up with the light shining through the door.
