The front desk staff for really great and helpful. The breakfast staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed oir stay.

The full size fridge and kitchen area were excellent. Also has "separate" temp controls for the "living" and "bedroom" areas. Free breakfast was good.

The staff, especially the front desk, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Very quiet facility.
I'm not sure there was much I didn't like other than maybe not much selection on non-caffeinated, non-sweetened sparkling water. ;-)

Stay was convenient. It’s was clean but maid service only came through twice in our fave day stay. We had to request clean towels. Breakfast was every day but the only thing really good was the waffles and maybe the premade waffles. Walls were thin you could hear others above you and the bed was hard as a rock.

The property is good, the room was clean and nice. The breakfast is not good, missing options, eggs wete strange.
The property should offer at least water to the guests, these items needs to be improved as the pricea for the stay are expensive.

Hotel is very clean and quiet. Very conveniently located and away from a ton of the night life of Louisville. Great stay.
