Absolutely wonderful stay!! The front desk staff ladies were the BEST, specifically, Lisa. I had a few minor issues and Lisa went above and beyond to be certain I was happy. I travel often and Lisa is honestly what made my stay the most memorable. What an asset she is. The hotel is in a great location in the city center with great views of the river. Love that the parking was free in an enclosed parking garage with an assigned spot. Rooms were nice and clean.

Clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, beds were warm and cozy, AC was adjustable, breakfast was excellent, view was decent, nice hot water, and good channel selection on TVs.

We love this location for walking along the river and getting to everything in Dayton. The free breakfast is better than most and the staff are so kind and helpful.
We love the free parking but struggled with the new app. Fortunately, the staff were great and helped us figure it out!

Nice except bedding
Hotel was very nice and clean except the sheets had cereal in them so obviously not changed, bedspread also had food on it

It was generally fine, seemed clean. The bathroom door would not close all the way. Walls are thin so I heard my neighbors talking, playing music, and then smelled what they were smoking in there in the morning. That is NOT the property’s fault, but is worth mentioning that you can hear and smell next door.parking garage and situation is kind of odd.For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve paid half this rate to stay at better places in Disney world! Crazy.

Hotel is great, would def stay here again. Added bonus the river is right behind the hotel with a beautiful river walk and pedestrian bridge to a pretty park. And they have a water display every hour. Really nice.

包含在内的自助早餐做得很好，种类丰富，对我们这种只吃肉的人来说选择很多。咖啡和星巴克的咖啡一样好。我不知道她的名字，但那位一直补充自助餐食物的员工绝对是我见过最勤奋的人之一。她很友好，乐于助人，表现出色，酒店应该给予她相应的奖励。
我们这次住宿唯一的不足是，在我们入住的第二天，外出观光回来后，房间却没有打扫。我打电话给前台，那位帮我们办理入住的员工告诉我，他们忘记告诉我们客房服务是隔天一次。这位员工确实给我们提供了额外的毛巾，但如果能把床铺好并收走用过的毛巾就更好了。
虽然这是万豪旗下的经济型酒店品牌，但在功能性和清洁度方面无可挑剔。性价比很高，服务人员也非常热心助人。
