This property is pretty much in disrepair. It needs a renovation or at the very least a good cleaning and some fresh paint. I wouldn't know where to start...it is a laundry list of things throughout the hotel, but specifically in the room I was in.
The bed was beyond uncomfortable and the restroom was disgusting.
The front desk staff however was fantastic! The building itself is the problem and wasn't worth anything over $75 a night, if that. It is just a bad hotel.

Exceptional Front Desk Service
Ryan at the front desk was awesome! I had some minor issues with my a/c and he handled them with exceptional service. Give that man a raise!

Ryan was an excellent host. When our toilet in our initial room was broken, he did not hesitate to make every thing better by moving us to a different room. My downfall to this was my card had a mysterious charge that no one could explain to me what this charge was. Would I stay at your facility again???? ABSOLUTELY!!!

The property itself was really good. The hotel room was clean. The only negative we were out of body soap in the dispenser shower and had to use bar soap instead. The check in lady was not friendly at all. Honestly took her time to wait on us and seemed we were an in conconvience to her since she had to actually speak to us and check us in. I will say the cleaning stay upon departure the next morning was friendly as well as the lady who waited on us at checkout. My advice is to make sure you have friendlier staff to check in guests because this is the first thing we saw upon arrival. We would have not stayed there if our reservation was not already made. It is the first impression we had of your hotel and unfortunately one we will keep. We will probably not stay here again because of her.

Due to a water main break we had to move to another hotel. They stuck us in a hotel on the other side of town. Very inconvenient and did not offer a refund or comp for the troubles.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking. I don’t think king bed was actually a king. My husband is 6’3 and feet hung off the bed. Mattress was too firm

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Jonesboro was a very pleasant experience.Staff was polite and informative, room met my expectations and was very comfortable. Location was excellent for me and other family members in town for my nephew’s graduation.
