Staff was great! Lovely boutique hotel and the rooftop view is fabulous. Rooms are small but the bed was very comfortable with excellent linens.

Amenities were fine, apart from the bathroom which smelt like sewage. But we had an incident of someone trying to get into the room, which was not followed up on that evening, or the following day, or after checkout - as requested. It was very unnerving situation, which was not met with the concern it should have warranted.

打乱了我们下午的计划。
办理入住的女士虽然很和蔼，但她说会退还我们第一晚的房费作为补偿。尽管我发了两封邮件催促，但至今仍未收到退款。我住过这家霍克斯顿酒店，也住过世界各地的其他霍克斯顿酒店，很喜欢他们通常营造的氛围。希望他们能改进。
