The Hoxton Williamsburg is a great base for exploring NYC. The front desk staff are super helpful, there is a coffee shop on site with gorgeous pastries. The bar and food offerings of the hotel are second to none.
The rooms are small which is often the case in NYC but have everything you need. A proper hairdryer, actually milk in the fridge and even a handy steamer for your clothes.
The location is perfect, lots to do around hotel and easy access to ferry and subway to get you to Manhattan.
Perfect and would stay again!

我们楼层的空调坏了，所以用的是便携式空调，噪音很大，而且到处漏水。因为窗户没关严，街对面屋顶夜店传来的噪音震耳欲聋。酒店给我们换了房间，说最晚中午12点或下午1点就能准备好。结果直到下午2点我们才拿到房间，
打乱了我们下午的计划。
办理入住的女士虽然很和蔼，但她说会退还我们第一晚的房费作为补偿。尽管我发了两封邮件催促，但至今仍未收到退款。我住过这家霍克斯顿酒店，也住过世界各地的其他霍克斯顿酒店，很喜欢他们通常营造的氛围。希望他们能改进。
空气流通和空调不足
最初安排的房间空调坏了。房间里温度高达86华氏度（约29摄氏度），他们还提供了风扇降温。我们要求换房间，但新房间的温度从未低于76华氏度（约23摄氏度）。夏季不推荐这家酒店。
非常不方便，商务出行也不方便。房间狭小，大堂吵闹，挤满了非酒店住客。工作人员不热情周到。酒店入口处没有工作人员，也没有地方卸车。
价格超过 500 美元，完全不符合标准。
