Everything was great about the hotel with one exception. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable and was like sleeping on a brick. Could not get a good night sleep and I am still sore afyer sleeping on the bed.

Breakfast is usually good at Holiday Inn Express’s,especially the cinnamon rolls.This one had cinnamon rolls,a broken juice and pancake machine and limited options. It was also a little run down.

rooms felt damp. We were able to try a few rooms, but they all were damp feeling and musty. Carpets felt damp when wearing socks. This is an older property that got a lipstick update.

Nasty at main entrance, front desk staff acted as if they could care less about being at work, A/C unit didn't work probably, light bulbs out/ wall light switch didn't work, cigarette butts containers visibly full outside of main entrance and stinking, chair in dining area torn/ripped. A disgrace for Holiday Inn Express

Fine for one night away.

Location was easy to get to, but right beside the interstate. Room was clean. Bed was firm. Pillows were all too soft. There's normally a balance of firm and soft, so if you need more supportive pillows, be sure to bring them. Free breakfast was normal. The property had LOTS of things out of order. Could benefit from a good dose of general maintenance.

This place needs a refresh badly. It did not live up to my brand expectations. The floors are uneven on all floors near the elevators. My room was in horrid condition. The threshold was taped down and the door was hard to operate. The bathroom floor was not level and had multiple broken tiles. Several of the bedroom lights did not work. It had a heavy smell of deodorants to attempt to cover up the smell.

Checking in was good. The worker was very nice and pleasantly. The room smelled very musky like a cigarette. The sheets had blood on it from a dead bug. The tub was gross.
