The inside extra lock thing on the door was broken. The pool was locked and they had no reason why.

Bedroom was great. There was no air conditioning in the living room area and 95° outside. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. I was double charged for the room. I have called 3 times so far and they keep saying I was not double charged and to wait 14 days for a refund (even though I wasn’t double charged). It has now been 14 days with no refund.

The key door kept alarming all night long in the hotel did not have staff to fix it.

Great stay, showing its age… needs some refreshing or updating. Shower curtain not the correct size doesn’t reach from end to end. Lots of water on the floor when you’re finished.
从维护良好的设施可以看出Town Place酒店的良好形象。早餐服务也很棒，只是室外游泳池的水质管理有点让人不舒服。
