The stay at Kimpton Fortenot was A plus. I was able to get assistance with anything I needed. The valet was so helpful, I wasn’t aware of how to check my car in and Ross explained it to me and made the process easy. The front desk staff was patient and helpful, especially one beautiful young lady with long hair, she was always friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful. I just wish the bathrooms had more counter space and the offered a Buffett breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful, art all over. So pretty.

The staff there was so helpful! Made me feel so welcomed as soon as I arrived. From valet, to check in, the staff helping with my luggage. My room wasn't ready but it wasn't that long it a wait. The restaurant / bar was a lovely place to hang out and they comped the food I had which was very sweet! I will always come back!

Check in at the Kimpton Hotel Fontenot was lovely. The employee behind the desk ( I believe her name was Rae ) went above and beyond to make sure everything was extremely welcoming. She went above and beyond.

酒店很旧，地毯也很脏。员工服务速度极慢，我光是等代客泊车把车开出来就花了30分钟。我真不明白这家酒店是怎么拿到这个评分的。这个价位的酒店能是这样简直太讽刺了。千万别订这家。
真是丢脸，各方面都很业余。我还在等账单明细。我们被迫换了三次房间，客房服务糟糕透顶，总是忘带东西（毛巾、咖啡胶囊、杯子）。早餐描述性太强了。第一次吃早餐时，如果能有个微笑和一些善意，我们会很感激的。
即使经理尽力解决我们遇到的各种故障，也算不上什么。

这家酒店和服务都非常棒。床超级舒服，前台人员也超级友好。唯一粗鲁的人是入口处自助餐厅里那个戴眼镜的女士，她非常粗鲁，而且**。
