Room was spotless. Staff was very helpless. Amenities are great! Used the fitness room and always love the breakfasts!

The staff was friendly and the service was great. The room was squeaky clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be the size of the bathtub. It was a little too small. Other than that everything else was excellent.

One of my towels had lipstick and another stain on it. My room was not cleaned. I was told they only clean every other day.

Did not receive no service at all.I was there 4 nights, 5 days.Did not Receive any service at all. I asked the Room attended why and she told me that they makes the room every other day. I did not get my room made up no days.

Stayed for a soccer match. Lots of dining options near by. Hotel itself was nice, breakfast was good, and felt safe. As a runner, I did not feel safe running out of the hotel in the immediate area but there were some better areas I found later that weren’t far at all (like the Cape fear River trail).
