Stayed here for 1 night with my family on a road-trip out to New Mexico the weekend following Christmas. The hotel was mostly quiet/empty as I feel they cater to a lot more business travelers extended stay type guests. The hotel is on the highway at the far west edge of town but still close enough to most of the restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a two bedroom suite and really enjoyed all of the extra space for our family of 4 - could have easily slept 6 people in the rooms plus sleeper sofa. Breakfast was more than adequate (albeit small space and limited tables for guests to eat) and the front desk staff was friendly/helpful. My wife received a little thank you bonus points letter (holiday gift) for her Bonvoy membership as well.

Incredible hotel. Everything's new. My business partner came thru town for an event and had almost too much room. Its basically a 2br apartment, complete with stove, 2 separate suites with their own bathrooms, a living room, etc. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, newer TVs, HBO included: they have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable night's stay. 10/10, would recommend.

Disappointed

Check-in was amazing, staff upon check-in was accommodating and friendly. The hotel overall was clean and quiet. When booking the stay special accommodation was requested for housekeeping daily during our stay. We had been working all day in humid 102 degree weather and were excruciatingly tired after our first night expecting to come back to a cleaned room and the bed was not made nothing had been done. We did not complain as it was too late to do anything about something like that when its almost time for bed. It was truly disappointing. Breakfast was good. On our second night I stopped by the front desk and I asked about late check-out and a different staff member appeared annoyed and was snippy with reply. When you pay over $400 for 2 nights you expect better.
