The issue we had was there were some blood spots on the blanket, sheet and comforter. We didn't notice them until the first morning because it was dark when we went to bed. This was our second year staying there for our anniversary and not sure we will be returning

EXCELLENT!!! This was our second time staying here and we loved it so much that we’ve decided that we will always stay here, even if that means we have to go out of our way to stay here!!
Staff is excellent, rooms are beautiful and cozy, we have everything we needed and the shower was so refreshing that we took a lot longer than usual because it was perfect! The overall hotel is beautiful, safe and did I mention beautiful?!? :D

Property was easy to get from the freeway and close to the outlets for shopping. Felt safe to go to car and back in hotel in the dark. Unfortunately, lits of dogs staying at the hotel, poop in the hallways and barking could be heard from multiple rooms including the one above us multiple times throughout the night as well as something on the floors in constant door noises, people going in and out with pets all night. Elevator and hallways smell like vinegar. They said breakfast went till 10 am, but we we're told the kitchen had already closed down at 9:45 am on a saturday morning. Shower in our room leaked and the beds were super hard.

干净舒适。前台工作人员和员工都很热情友好。下次来我们一定会再次入住。
这是我们第三次入住这家酒店，但这次没有达到我们的期望。之前的住宿体验非常棒！我们被安排在二楼，晚上 10:00 之后楼上的客人非常吵闹，跳跃、奔跑等。我打电话给前台，他们说会和他们谈谈。噪音一直持续到将近午夜。经过一天漫长的旅行，我们只想睡觉，但楼上传来的噪音让我们无法入睡。
早上，我们发现淋浴间的沐浴露已经用完了。
这根本不是我们来这家酒店享受的体验。
