The hotel was kept super clean from the lobby all the way to your hotel room. The layout of the suite was awesome. The kitchen had everything that you needed to cook a meal on a stove. I liked that it was separated into little area so you felt like you were staying in an apartment and not in a hotel The breakfasts every morning were delicious. They varied slightly and they had a waffle maker that was always a hit. The pool was kept clean, and they had towels on hand for you. I would rate this hotel stay a five star however, a huge however, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. To the point that my sleep was impacted I woke up every night in the middle of the night with an aching neck and aching back. The pillows were really bad as well. We went to target and bought our own pillows which helped a little bit to save our necks, but our backs were still pretty messed up

Very nice place to stay. Price was very reasonable and met our needs. Room was clean and spacious. Would 100% stay again.

这是我经历过的最糟糕的住宿之一。我们预订的周末正好赶上附近有一场儿童足球比赛。酒店里到处都是没有家长看管的吵闹孩子。走廊、电梯、大堂脏乱不堪，到处都是垃圾和扔在地上的食物残渣。晚上，几个小混混跑过来踢你的门，然后冲下紧急楼梯。晚上11点半，这吓了我们全家一跳。为什么12岁的孩子晚上11点半还在走廊里乱跑，而且没有家长看管？我们打电话到前台，值班的男经理却什么也不做，好像很害怕似的。为什么晚上没有保安？经理说有很多客人打电话来反映问题。为什么？真是无语。

房间状况很差。沙发垫子上有大破洞，地毯从墙上脱落，浴室油漆剥落，窗帘上有食物残渣，马桶每隔15分钟左右就会自动注水，让人难以入睡，沙发床垫上套着塑料布，整晚都在发出嘎吱嘎吱的声音。淋浴水温要么烫得要命，要么冷得刺骨。泳池让我的孩子起了严重的皮疹。酒店整体状况很差。
早餐不错。服务也很好。
