The room and bathroom had bugs. The sink area had dried up toothpaste, etc. No soap dish for the soap, or any other accessories. The view was of the dirty swamp on the side of the hotel. I was only there for a one night stay due to an event.
I would not stay here again.

First Time Stay
My only complaint was that housekeeping cleans rooms every OTHER day. I never experienced that before and didn't know until after calling the front desk several times the Saturday of my stay and have no one pick up. When I came downstairs to tell them no one had cleaned my room, (this was 3pm), that's when I found out about this policy.
The rugs, although looking clean, definitely need a deep cleaning because the bottoms of my white socks were filthy and I was only there two nights and only wore them before bed.
Other than that, I found the hotel very nice.

Somewhat rundown
The staff was very friendly, especially Belle who greeted me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable enough but there was a lot of humidity and everything felt a little damp. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and a bit rundown. There was a lot of debris strewn around on the outside and trash bins were overflowing.

We drove 7 hours with 4 kids in the car to get there and was looking forward to using the pool. It was 92 degrees outside and the pool was closed. There wasn't any water in it at all. There was no mention of this at all on their website or on *******. I use a pool for water therapy every day and was looking forward to using it on this hot day when we got there. Was offered points for my Hilton Rewards account but I needed that pool. My whole reason for booking this hotel. Also, my son had just got done with basic training in South Carolina and had to be at the base at Ft. Gregg Adams the next day, he was also looking forward to using the pool to relax before he reported for duty the next day.
The lady serving breakfast the next morning was super friendly and helpful. She was the best part of the visit. When I come to visit my son I will not be staying here again.

The receptionist was exceptional! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. She was very friendly and kind. The room was nice, but the beds were a little too firm. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Specifically booked hotel because of pool. When we got there the pool was not only closed, it was green and nasty. Bathroom wasnt stocked fully with towels. Behind the toilet was dirty and after showers the walls were dripping with yellow condensation. The movie we tried to watch kept going in and out. The only plus was the staff were nice.
