Yes very helpful and friendly,. ROOMS were clean and equipped with what we needed as towels, tiolet paper and shampoo and conditioner..I would stay there again

The entire Hotel has been renovated since last year and it looks great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect. Well be back next year for homecoming again.

The facility was nice in all aspects. Staff was always able to help, breakfast was very good. Minor problem was a few ants showed up the day we checked out.

The room and bathroom had bugs. The sink area had dried up toothpaste, etc. No soap dish for the soap, or any other accessories. The view was of the dirty swamp on the side of the hotel. I was only there for a one night stay due to an event.
I would not stay here again.

First Time Stay
My only complaint was that housekeeping cleans rooms every OTHER day. I never experienced that before and didn't know until after calling the front desk several times the Saturday of my stay and have no one pick up. When I came downstairs to tell them no one had cleaned my room, (this was 3pm), that's when I found out about this policy.
The rugs, although looking clean, definitely need a deep cleaning because the bottoms of my white socks were filthy and I was only there two nights and only wore them before bed.
Other than that, I found the hotel very nice.
