Great hotel location in museum area with great restaurants nearby. Property conditions have slipped since our last visit. Lamp not working, window shade that would not close, no ice in refrigerator, etc. Breakfast is great.

Great spot to stay and cycle l!
We had a great trip. The room could use some repair and a better clean but was very spacious and had plenty of room for our bikes.
Perfect location right off the Trinity Trail to ride bikes and so easy to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we parked at the hotel!

我是万豪酒店的会员，旅行时总是选择入住万豪酒店，之前从未遇到过任何问题。房间的床就在空调机的正后方，而空调机藏在房间内一堵薄墙后面，而不是在室外。排气口正对着床，我能闻到空调压缩机的废气。压缩机噪音很大。冰箱压缩机噪音也很大。空调的废气让我恶心。我要求换房间，但被告知酒店已满。凌晨1:30，几列火车经过，大声鸣笛；2:30，我们窗边有人开始开枪射击。第二天早上，保安也证实了这一点。床很旧，很硬，很不舒服。这是万豪酒店最糟糕的体验。我和女儿根本睡不着，第二天早上筋疲力尽，呕吐不止。我觉得这完全是浪费钱，我损失了将近200美元。我绝对不会住在这里，也不会推荐这家酒店给任何人。我跟工作人员反映过问题，但他们没有赔偿我的损失。

非常棒的酒店！房间非常宽敞，床很舒服，还有漂亮的小客厅和厨房！健身房很不错，泳池也很干净！早餐简单但足够，而且地理位置优越，非常适合在城市里游玩！
我们的厕所和空调都坏了。我要求维修，结果维修人员给了我一个柱塞……什么都没修好。前台工作人员非常粗鲁，泳池很脏，台阶也坏了，而且很锋利，很容易割伤自己。我再也不会去了，太失望了。
不行——以后再也不住这里了！
