It's a good property. It looks like it was somewhat recently renovated. The staff was great. There were some pretty harsh reviews earlier this year that I read, but they didn't match my experience. I was overall very pleased with the stay and would recommend it.

I’ve stayed here before in the spring—was hesitant due to mixed reviews but gave it a shot. It was fine, nothing special. Fast forward to today: I checked in digitally and headed straight to my room. Everything looked okay… until I noticed stains on the comforter. At first glance, I thought it was chocolate—maybe not. That was bad enough, but for some reason, I pulled the sheets back to check the mattress. I’ve been traveling over 30 years and never do this, but something told me to look. I’m glad I did—and I’m also horrified. There were bugs on the mattress. That was my cue to leave. I packed up, went straight to the front desk, and told Cesar, who informed me there was no manager or supervisor on duty. At 7 PM. I told him about the bugs, said I wasn’t staying, and asked for a full refund. Honestly, this is not what I expect from a Hilton-branded property. Very disappointing.

The hotel was absolutely filthy! Carpet and floors hadn’t been vacuumed, hair all over beds and bathroom, moldy tiles in shower, stained bedspreads, spilled coffee from previous guest all over. Complained at front desk and was given another equally disgusting room. Stay anywhere but here!

I really liked this hotel and its location. The staff were very nice and the pool was good. This was the first Hilton Garden Inn that I have been to which did not have 24/7 coffee and tea. I am not sure why but I found it odd. The room could have been cleaner. I do not think the carpet was vacuumed well. Otherwise, I was impressed house keeping came to do a light cleaning despite a sign saying they come every other day. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well both nights. I would probably stay again if I were in the area.

We ended up staying here for the weekend unexpectedly. We originally had booked with another hotel for a wedding. However, we arrived at that hotel and previously booked earlier in the week under the block of rooms reserved. But, they couldn't find our reservation and the hotel was completely full. I quickly pulled up the Hilton website as I am a Hilton Rewards member, and found this one. I was able to get a great rate since I am a member and booked a room for two nights. We arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn about 10 minutes later and basically walked right in! The front desk folks were amazing and got us checked in very quickly. The room was great and very comfortable. They also have a nice bar area for evening cocktails and a great lobby area for just hanging out! I would definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel months out on the Hilton app using points as a Diamond Member. I wanted to cancel weeks out. As Diamond can always cancel a day or two before check-in day. The Diamond desk could not cancel it, said only hotel can cancel it. Called the hotel and they said only Hilton Corp could cancel it. The cancel policy at this hotel is abnormal. They would not allow cancel due to the air show. Crazy to think the room would not be easily booked again because of the air show weeks away. This management team has some serious issues. Do NOT BOOK at this hotel. Even a Diamond member cannot cancel a booking weeks out.

Our family reunion was a success due to the Hilton Garden Inn; I booked a block of rooms through Kathy Vallery, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our changing needs. Although the weather did not cooperate, as we had planned to have the reunion outside, Kathy was able to book us a party room for the day. This turned out fantastic! The front desk staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure our beautiful day! Thank you to everyone who assisted us those days; we will return next year! I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for your stay. The rooms are spacious, breakfast has many options, and the staff was accommodating to all of our needs.

We were here before an AAU tournament the next day in Kimberly. What a great place! Perfect location for where we were playing. Close to great restaurants. We met some friends at Tanner's in Kimberly, and this was so convenient to that. We loved the bar at the hotel. We really enjoyed watching women's NCAA basketball with a few other patrons, and the bartender was super nice. He really was a gem. I appreciate safe, secure free parking, and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy breezy, as was check out. Loved the room. Loved the bed. Everything about it was perfect for us. And the price was sooo reasonable. We'll be back.

Room smelled like mold and was too small and outdated. The tub was full of rust and the hallways were dirty and smelled.This is not representative of any Hilton hotel that we have ever stayed in so do not expect a Hilton type hotel when booking
