Hotel was wonderful! Super clean. It looks like a new hotel. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Very comfortable stay.
Breakfast in the morning was great. They have a coffee machine e that is on 24/7 and that coffee is delicious!

Need to upgrade and remodel, remove moldy carpet and replace w laminate. Beds need upgrading. Don’t like paying for parking.

Great hotel we stay at every year when visiting Garner State park nearby. Very close to a walmart and fast food choices like Subway, Whataburger Jack in the box, wingstop within 5 min. Comfy beds, fast elevator, nice breakfast, fancy coffee machine. Only thing is key card reader on back of building doesnt work causing us to walk around. Clean . Also clean pool

The bed was too hard for us.
I was told they are about to start renovations. Maybe the beds will be softer in the near future.
But, the breakfast was very good. 24 hr fresh bean coffee machines. Pool hours 10-10. Very friendly staff. Easy booking. Close to stores and restaurants, and the rivers. Very clean facility.

Property is old. Room 225, the main door to the room is messed up. Anyone could break into that room. The door needs fixed!
Rooms are old and need updated.

It was good. I paid for a single and received a double bed so that was nice. One of the beds was worn down from previous occupents but the other was in good condition. There were a few black bugs i found in the bathroom the next morning on the floor.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked and paid for a double bed in advance. Showed up 30 mins before check in to find out the over booked and gave my room away. Lady at the desk said there was nothing they could do. I will never use ******* to book with holiday inn or stay at a holiday inn again. Worst customer service ive ever had at a hotel.
