I liked the property & room The pool area had all the tables outside not in pool area??? Bathrooms were locked so you had to leave pool area & go down hallways for a bathroom?? ******* wanted ?20,00 in order to be able to cancel in case of emergency. Then wanted ?6,31 per person for the same thing??? I suggest calling the hotel directly. ******* is a rip off.

Hot tub had so many chemicals our eyes and skin were burning had to get out. Visable mold throughout the pool area and in the room bathroom. Something wrong with the plumbing for the toilet.

I'd stay again if in the area
The shower had great pressure, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked great.

Hotel was clean enough. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. A smile may have been nice. Bed was old and needed replacing. it was sagging, lumpy and wayyyyy too soft.
pillows also were lumpy and needed replacing. I wouldn’t return to this property. I was given extra towels when asked. Breakfast was adequate and hotel was clean enough.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and eager to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. They have breakfast in a separate sunroom instead of in the lobby, other chains should do the same. The pool was huge and the hot tub was actually hot, which we were very grateful for. The room was very large and well appointed. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, but wasn’t mushy either. I recommend this hotel. Very good value for the money!

There was a smell in the room between smoke, humidity and urine in the bathroom and room
Poor condition of mattress and bed sheets, definitely I won’t use this hotel again and of course I won’t recommend to stay in Best Western Baraboo

Hot tub was small, not very hot and slow to full.
Staff couldn’t and wouldn’t commit to one early entry on a Saturday ….at one in the afternoon to help me with wedding reception preparation plans while traveling.
Just not the standard we expected from this brand name hotel.

Breakfast was great! I was a bit disappointed that the lobby was in disarray getting new floors. The room was clean and quiet. It was convenient to the side road to gas station and store for a quick snack. When I checked out the floors were almost done and the lobby was being set up again.
