Room was nice, hotel was in a good location. The luggage cart needed fixing. The wheel came off and my husband handed it to the person working the front desk and suggested she have it repaired. The next day we ended up grabbing the same cart and again the wheel came off. Also our room was 53 degrees when we checked in. Luckily we went to dinner and it had warmed up to 65 when we returned. Aside from those things, it was a decent experience.

Even the hallways smelled clean. I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is nest several good restaurants and one of the best spas I’ve even visited.

Great stay but don’t tell them you have a car
The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and shops. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The only disappointment is the hotel charges 10$ a day parking. When I asked if I could just park on the street, I was told that I would be charged anyways since I had a car. I can understand this charge in a big city with limited parking but this hotels parking lot was empty and there was tons of street parking.

Our room never got cleaned . We went to the front desk to ask for towels and they told us to wait for house keeping that never came . We had to find housecleaning just to get towels . They were kind of rude at the front desk . When we checked in they tried to charge us for parking even tho when o booked months ago I was told it was free and I didnt even drive myself I was driven there . Luckily they didn't charge me for it . When I booked I payed extra for free breakfast for both days and they didn't offer it . They gave me 2 gifts card for $10 for the bistro which wouldn't even pay for a full breakfast for us both . I did get refunded for a small portion of that tho. Overall it was not the best experience and I will not be staying there again . For $550 it was not worth it . I'd rather stay in a motel next time for cheaper and the same quality of service .

We had to be moved from our first room when the AC unit smelt like it was catching on fire and not cooling the room. The second room was fine but there appeared to be blood in the shower so we did not use it on our stay. The fridge in the second room did not work and we needed it to store breast milk so that was frustrating. Sleeping was another story- the road by the room was noisy even over a sound machine and people were up running around and even knocked on our door at 2 am. I will not stay here again. The last time we stayed in the area we stayed at the Hilton and I wish we would have stayed there again.

Accommodations were fine. The TV was non-functional and required maintenance personnel to come in and rectify. The Front desk did however offer to immediately change our room as a result of the maintenance personnel schedule / unavailability. The bartender was inexperienced and created drinks that were less than satisfying. However, the service itself was exemplary. We all need to learn somewhere so not a big deal. The clean folks were very courteous and professional. One future checkout consideration would be for the patron to designate a room "tip" amount since many of us tip at the end of our stay and are not 100% certain who the recipient of the room tip is going to. Since I'm sure there is an audit trail of which staff member cleaned which rooms (and when), an electronic tip method would ensure that the right staff member(s) received their fair share of the room cleaning tip. Everything else was spot on!

My only suggestion is a grab bar adjacent to the toilet. I am slightly physically challenged, and a grab bar would be most helpful.
