Took the kids to the pool Friday night. It was disgusting paint coming off the wall had a toddler there trying to pick up pieces of paint. Looks like they just tried to cover up stuff. Hot tub is now full concrete. Rust all over the bathroom just you can tell it’s not clean good and they haven’t took pride in their property. Pull up to check in. check in with a bunch of black bags gathered up by the front door.

We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend of my Daughter's graduation from OCU with zoo trip the next day. We found the location to be easily accessible to lots of shopping and dining options. Clean and friendly staff, quick to help whenever needed.

我们的房间有一股霉味，让我们不太想在里面待太久。这很令人意外，因为我们通常都住在Springhill旗下的酒店，以前从未遇到过这种情况。正如其他客人提到的，泳池水很冷，而且没有热水浴缸。
这次入住体验的亮点是早餐，品质上乘，种类丰富。
酒店很棒，但是……
对于我们一家四口来说，这家酒店性价比很高。我们住的是套房，一切都很顺利。免费早餐不错，员工也很热情周到。
唯一让我不太满意的地方（酒店也无法控制）是酒店所在的区域几乎一直都很拥堵。酒店所在的街道无论何时都车水马龙，即使从出口下高速也堵得水泄不通。进出酒店可能会比较困难，所以入住前最好做好心理准备。

淋浴和浴室水龙头里的水都是冷的。欧陆式早餐的食物也是冷的。我跟前台服务员说了，但她不在乎，反正我们也要走了。
房间舒适宽敞，入住也很方便。早餐很棒。我喜欢这里位置便利，去哪儿都不远，省去了到处奔波的麻烦。
第一个房间气味难闻，所以他们给我们换了房间，也确实尽力弥补了。

酒店很棒，房间很大也很干净，唯一的缺点是床很不舒服。
