Not the best
Water was cold in the shower and bathroon faucet. Food was cold in the continental breakfast. Told clerk at desk, she didn't care,as we were leaving anyway.

The room was comfortable & spacious. Had an easy check in. Breakfast was great. I also like how close everything was so you’re not running around everywhere.

Our room had a musty odor, which made us not want to spend much time there. This was surprising, as we typically stay at Springhill properties around the country and haven’t experienced this issue before. As others have mentioned, the pool was quite cold and there was no hot tub.
The highlight of our stay was breakfast, it offered good quality and a nice variety of options.

Hotel was great but...
This was a decent hotel for a family of 4 to stay at for the price. We had a suite and had no issues with anything. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was courteous.
The only thing I didn't like (which the hotel has no control of) was the area was congested almost at all times. The street that the hotel is at was full of traffic no matter the time of the day. even getting off on the exit was bumper to bumper. It can be difficult getting in and out of the hotel so just prepare for that.

Took the kids to the pool Friday night. It was disgusting paint coming off the wall had a toddler there trying to pick up pieces of paint. Looks like they just tried to cover up stuff. Hot tub is now full concrete. Rust all over the bathroom just you can tell it’s not clean good and they haven’t took pride in their property. Pull up to check in. check in with a bunch of black bags gathered up by the front door.

We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend of my Daughter's graduation from OCU with zoo trip the next day. We found the location to be easily accessible to lots of shopping and dining options. Clean and friendly staff, quick to help whenever needed.
