The bed was so comfortable. The shower had everything you needed, body lotions, conditioner, shower gel, etc. love that the pool was under construction for some reason which I wish I would’ve known and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room was clean and pre-cooled to 70°, thank you nice touch! The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean as well.
Unfortunately the pool was yellow-green and unavailable. Breakfast okay one day, and unfortunately the pancake machine went down the second day. No bacon either day, bummer deal. The fridge wasn't keeping the milk cold enough and stuff was spoiling? So breakfast was out only real complaint.
The staff was kind and helpful. Decent room for the price, just wish there was more effort put into maintaining a refreshing breakfast.

The staff was fantastic and the room was mostly great. My air conditioner malfunctioned but it wasn’t unbearable. I would have preferred black out curtains but no biggie. The breakfast was amazing!

Caitlin was very friendly and helped anyway she could, as well as the other desk personnel. Caitlin was the one that seem to be working when we were in and out. The breakfasts were very good and always plenty to eat.

Upon arriving to the room we noticed several black hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. Could have been from housekeeping or previous party. Bathtub didn't drain so by the time you were done with your shower you were standing in 2 inches of water.

Air conditioning was set at 70 degrees and awakened several times first night by the heat.
Seemed to work better if I turned it lower second night.
Met worker in process of cleaning air conditioners in hotel as we were checking out who said they are old, but cleaning might solve the problem we had.

The woman who worked the front desk at check in should be fired. She was beyond rude and basically said I didnt deserve any service from her because i hadn't paid them any money but had booked online.
