The $40 is a hold not a charge for incidentals- This is also posted in our lobby as well as our website. It is standard practice to hold money on a card in case the guests choose to purchase items from our Market or Bistro. This being a third party booking the cc on file is a virtual provided by the booking company, so we do not have access to funds to hold on that card. The $40 should drop off your account within 7 business days, but typically sooner than that depending on the bank.
酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us and I do apologize for the noise. We are slated for a full renovation this year and I will share this feedback with the team. Courtyard does not include complimentary breakfast as a brand, but we do offer a full menu and Starbucks coffee.
房间很大，环境很好，前台有些酷（没啥表情），入住时扣了20💲说是如果没有消费可以退，但目前还没显示退款
房间里不提供水，空调不制冷，很热，辗转反侧没怎么睡着，另外，明明订的双早餐房，前台非说没有早餐，给我的邮件确认的也是含双早，我让工作人员确认一下他们是否弄错，前台很傲慢地说他们绝对不会错，不肯提供进一步确认等服务，导致我饿着肚子走了，很傲慢
我们去达特茅斯学院很方便，开车只需8分钟。酒店旁边就有一家超市，非常便利，酒店内还有星巴克。
附近有家很棒的海鲜餐厅叫Jesse，开车只需2分钟，而且Salem和Hanover也有很多餐饮选择。
我用了健身房，一切都很完美。

他们最后一晚多收了我40美元，却没有告诉我还要额外收费。而且家具和摆放方式也很糟糕，很不舒服。你根本没法在床上看电视。沙发床也很奇怪，很不舒服。总而言之，酒店房间的布置很糟糕。
床超级舒服。前台工作人员非常乐于助人，态度也很好。我们不喜欢的是早上8点刚过不久的园林施工噪音。我们住在四楼。我无法想象如果住在一楼或二楼，那种噪音会是什么样。除了那次令人不快的吵醒声，我们的住宿体验非常完美。
酒店最好至少提供一份欧陆式早餐，房间里只有一包咖啡可供两人享用。墙壁很薄，能听到隔壁房间的谈话，他们肯定也能听到我们说话。去达特茅斯-希区柯克机场很方便。
