Jarlene gave me the best check in experience I’ve ever had at a marriott. I called earlier to ask for an early check in as I had a call I was rushing to make. She said it was available. But the teammates was when I showed up she had already checked me in. She check my id and immediately handed me my keys so I could quickly make my call on time! I have lifetime platinum status and jarlene is the best of the best!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
I didn't have the breakfast, but they had fresh coffee which was decent. The property was clean and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

入住顺利，位置方便
我预订了一间价格过高的两室套房，周末入住，费用高达4036.10美元。我们到达时，看到好几个无家可归的人在酒店里游荡。办理入住后，房间里弥漫着一股刺鼻的化学气味——我们都感到恶心想吐。马桶也冲不了水。我们要求换房——他们竟然提出要我们再付一次房费！我们只好离开，入住了另一家酒店。24小时后，他们提出可以再次打扫房间（但并没有修理马桶）。至于退款，他们说“要么用，要么就作废”。我损失了4000美元，经理帕特里夏态度恶劣，冷漠无情。千万别住这家酒店！
走廊里的空调坏了，导致我年迈的母亲走回房间的路上闷热难耐。电梯门关上要花很长时间。房间里的通风口积满了灰尘。冰箱看起来像是被人用锤子砸过一样。早上的咖啡是冷的，燕麦粥像浓稠的糊状物。我们询问酒店是否有推荐的当地早餐店（非连锁店），结果被告知必须推荐他们另一家酒店的意大利餐厅。我们告诉她我们想要的是早餐，而不是意大利菜。她竟然推荐了一家卖沙瓦玛的餐厅。她根本不懂！千万别推荐这家酒店！
酒店干净整洁。只有一部电梯，而且离我的房间和酒店入口很远。酒店离高速公路不远，所以去那里很方便。酒店附近没有餐厅，但也不算太远。我订的是两居室，其中一间有蚂蚁问题，但很快就解决了。我没吃到早餐，所以不知道早餐好不好。

房间状况本可以更好。例如，电视遥控器缺失，有的电视遥控器也无法连接网络；暖气很脏；其中一个卫生间的马桶无法正常使用等等。
