Jarlene gave me the best check in experience I’ve ever had at a marriott. I called earlier to ask for an early check in as I had a call I was rushing to make. She said it was available. But the teammates was when I showed up she had already checked me in. She check my id and immediately handed me my keys so I could quickly make my call on time! I have lifetime platinum status and jarlene is the best of the best!

I booked an overpriced two room suite for $4,036.10 for the weekend. We arrived and saw several homeless people roaming the property. We checked in and the room had a horrible chemical odor- we were all sick to our stomach. The toilet didn't flush. We asked for another room- they offered to CHARGE us for another room! We left and checked into a different hotel. 24 hours later they offered to clean the room again (not fix the toilet). They said "use it, or lose it" as far as a refund goes. I lost $4,000, the manager, Patricia is rude and dismissive. Avoid this hotel!!!!

We didn’t expect room cleaning everyday, but the two times we did request it, it seemed as if they only did half the work. No vacuuming was done, the tub was not cleaned,no dusting was done. The hotel and staff were very nice. Just disappointed in room cleaning.

Property is well maintained and staff is super friendly and helpful. Elevator is a little outdated but overall the Residence Inn is well worth the stay if you’re in town for an event or business. Only issues of the room was having more firm pillows and the restroom light kept flickering. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby like H-E-B, Target, Walmart, and quick casual dining. About 14 min from Zilker Park.

酒店干净整洁。只有一部电梯，而且离我的房间和酒店入口很远。酒店离高速公路不远，所以去那里很方便。酒店附近没有餐厅，但也不算太远。我订的是两居室，其中一间有蚂蚁问题，但很快就解决了。我没吃到早餐，所以不知道早餐好不好。
