Think twice about staying at this property!!!! I visited the area for a college tour for my son this past December and it was the worst experience ever staying at a hotel. My family and I arrived late in the evening after driving several hours from Texas. Shortly after going to bed, my wife woke up itching. When she turned on the light, we noticed bite marks on her neck, arm, and hand. At first, we assumed it may have been mosquitoes or ants. She attempted to return to sleep, but moments later she felt another bite and something crawling on her. When we inspected the bed more thoroughly, we discovered a bed bug crawling underneath the pillow—directly where our toddler had been lying. I immediately removed the pillow and killed the insect. We then moved both children out of the bed and inspected the rest of the room for additional bugs. After a thorough search around the bed and at the headboard area, there were several baby bugs crawling in and around the bed. I contacted the front desk, and the night clerk was very professional and accommodating. She moved us to another room and provided fresh sheets. However, upon arriving in the new room, we again encountered unacceptable conditions: the sheets were visibly unclean, containing hair and debris, there was what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and caulk sealant of the shower area, and the thermostat was nonfunctional, making the room uncomfortably warm. The following morning, I attempted to speak with the General Manager about the incident and the condition of both rooms. I was told she was on a revenue call and was unavailable to address the issue. Beyond the immediate health concerns, this situation forced us to consider the need for professional cleaning or treatment of our clothing and luggage to avoid bringing an infestation home. Our entire family was left unsettled, sleepless, and without proper rest—especially concerning given that we were in town for a college visit. Despite the severity of the situation, I received no outreach or follow-up from hotel management to acknowledge the incident or offer resolution until I contacted Corporate. I was promised a refund of my points for the stay – it never happened. The corporate office at Bonvoy promised me a follow up on the issue and compensation for the issues my family experienced and as of today over a month later – there has been NO follow up or compensation. I expect MUCH better from Marriott. Beware of staying this property!

I stay at the Fairfield Inn in Bartlesville several times a year. it is mid tier on cost and always clean and comfortable.
The staff is the same every time I go. They are friendly and helpful.

Overall, our stay was above average. The elevator was on the blink. The open button only worked for one side. And one of the elevators wouldn’t open on the ground floor. I also thought it odd that they had coffee but no creamer. They had 2%, Silk (whatever that is) and oat milk but no creamer. I drink mine black, so it didn’t bother me, but the two gals I was traveling with weren’t happy. As for the service, it was good. And the facilities were clean. The only real negative was that the heat/air-conditioning control panel in our room (304) had been totally trashed and was illegible and didn’t seem to control anything. Luckily the room was comfortable.

We had a comfortable, quiet, peaceful stay as usual. This is our go to hotel anytime we need a place to stay in Bartlesville. Excellent customer service always!

Wouldn't stay again
The hotel smelled of cigarettes and the room smelled like cat pee.

The managers at this hotel love to sexually harass employees and get rid of them, I would go to any other other hotel in town but this one it was nice when they opened and they have ran way down hill I'm a local. So trust me when I say. Do not stay here.
