Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, internet wa good.
Ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work and I relayed that but by day 3 it still didn’t work
Employee at bar was very good with giving ice.
House cleaning was very good.

酒店回复: Michael, the security deposit is definitely a catch 22. We have to take it due to the diverse clientele we serve, and unfortunately the Finanancial institutions do not release immediately as the hotel does with the authorization at check out. That`s a hard one yet we understand. Thanks for sharing though and we`ll keep looking for the loophole that would return funds at check out.

It was such a cozy a quiet place. The workere were pleasant. The location was convenient as across the road you have different places you can eat out at whether for lunc, breakfast or dinner. Also, it is only a 10 minute drive to Arundel Mills Mall.
I definitely wll make this a stayvacation place to go in the future!

It was not a good experience I tried to use the fitness center, it was Hot and the AC was set to 85 F I reported to the front desk multiple times over my 2 day stay but no response. The last attempt (on day 2)I was told the tech doesn’t arrive till 9 am and hence I have to wait.

8月10日下午5点左右，我们办理入住时，前台接待员态度不太好。
电视和图片上看起来不一样，不是智能电视，也没有HDMI接口。但除此之外，这是一次愉快的住宿体验。
这是一家重新装修的假日酒店。房间很不错，没有铺地毯，而是铺着硬木地板。我对这家酒店不满的是自助早餐工作人员的粗鲁无礼，尤其是其中一位工作人员。此外，她身上总是喷着浓烈的香水，把她碰过的所有餐具都留在自助餐台上，食物尝起来就像她的香水味。她对客人也很不礼貌。酒店周围和入口处的垃圾桶都堆满了东西，却没有人清理。客房服务人员真应该学学怎么铺床。那些床看起来就像一个8岁小孩铺的！
设施非常干净，很新。工作人员非常友善，也很专业。地理位置优越，去哪儿都很方便。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店。两次都非常干净安静。
