Checked in on a Sunday afternoon. No housekeeping service by Thursday, so went to the front desk Thursday morning. Front desk staff said "I" signed up for NO housekeeping for my week stay. I said who in the world would NOT want their room cleaned during their WEEK stay? Normally housekeeping comes every other day in other properties I've stayed at. She then said "you're in luck, housekeeping hasn't shown up yet and I'll put you on their board." Came back to my room Thursday evening and still no housekeeping. Friday morning I AGAIN went to the front desk and said housekeeping didn't show up. They said they informed housekeeping and didn't know why they didn't show up. I came back to my room after work on Friday afternoon, and the room was still not cleaned. It finally was cleaned for the first time a couple of hours after I left to eat dinner. There's plenty of other places to stay in Ridgeland.....

Perfect for our Family of 4
The stay was only for one night but it was perfect for our family. After breakfast we walked around the lake which was very nice and relaxing. We would stay here again.

The hotel was under renovation so I was placed on the 3rd floor where the renovations were supposedly complete. The door of the dishwasher was heavily dented, some finishes were missing, and the bathtub was chipped and obviously re-used. On the first night the GFI circuit in half my room popped off but, fortunately, the breaker box was in my room so I could reset it. In the kitchen area the coffeemaker and microwave took up the only available outlet so I had to plug-in the toaster in the bathroom. In the communal breakfast room, the coffee bar is set up in front of the TV so guests have to stand and block the TV while preparing coffee. That didn’t seem well planned. The staff, however, are very friendly and professional

More of a 7/10 hotel.
I always stay in the highest rated hotels in the area. This one was rated 9/10. Kinda ******. Body wash dispenser was empty. Low quality soap. Room smelt like covering fragrance. The other hotel that I stay at has dove soap, clean smell.

The staff was great but the property was under renovations and I was not aware. The gym was closed and hot breakfast was not offered.
But the room was recently renovated and nice.

Property was very nice. The only negative was the ongoing remodeling, but you can't fault them for that. At least they are making updates, so that's a good thing for the future guests.
