Nice hotel. Great value for the buck. Though, I was disappointed, as the website states they have a hot tub.
NOPE! That was one of the reasons I decided to stay there. Very disappointed.
The restaurant cafe provide great food. Great location. 5 restaurants within walking distance.

Good choice
Came in town for a concert and Brandon Ampitheatre. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the venue. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area.

A crib was listed for the amenities. We got there and they said they no longer have cribs. The staff was incredibly rude about it. If they had been even a little understanding or apologetic it would have been a totally different experience. Had to scramble to find another hotel with a crib near by which took a while.

The lady who checked me in acted like I was bothering her by checking in. She had a complete attitude. The evening front desk lady was a lot nicer. She patiently helped me through the issues I had in my room and had a great customer service demeanor. Issues in my room: hard to change the A/C temp by the buttons on the room’s thermostat and the tv channels were not initially working until the hospitality manager worked on it.

Water was not hot enough for showering. I did not mention to staff but on next stay I will enquire if water is set on certain temperature for entire hotel!

More Lost than Found
Overall this hotel is fine. Clean, comfortable, seemed to be well maintained. Our poor review relates to the lack of response we received on locating items we accidentally left in our room. Specifically 6 items of hanging clothes (valued at $400 to $500) that we mistakenly left in the closet when we departed. We called the hotel as soon as we discovered our mistake...5 hours later when we reached our next hotel in Florida. The front desk checked the room and lost and found and said they weren't there. Subsequently over the next 5 days we called repeatedly asking to get some help from the hotel manager. The manager said they would check into it and would get back in touch with us. They never did despite us calling each day asking for assistance. Their voicemail was full and so we couldn't leave a message that way. Very poor customer service in my humble opinion and it doesn't reflect very well on the Marriott or Courtyard brand. I've accidentally left things in a hotel room before and have always been able to retrieve them. We for sure will not be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Airport/Pearl on any future trips to Jackson. This whole experience has been quite a bummer.

We stay here every year on our way to the beach, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are so spacious and clean!

The only thing I didn't like was that you need to call the front desk the day before if you want new linens. There is an option for this on the site but apparently the front desk do not receive these notes when checking in.

First room I was sent to the air conditioner did not cool. Tried to call front desk a couple times over several minutes and no one answered. I had to go down and report the issue - they sent a person to change the batteries in the thermostat after anothe hour with the temperture climbing they finally moved me to another room. However it was a handicap room which had a good air conditioner it was inconvenient for me. They property was not close to being full so I beleive it was the staffs way to annoy me.
