The ratings were high so I expected it to be more updated. It was clean and such but the furniture was old and worn out. The lamp was rusted. Most frustrating was that I could not change the temperature in the room on the thermostat. When I asked about it the next morning, she said oh you have to hold it down for three seconds to change the temperature. It would’ve been nice if they told you that at the front desk when you checked in or put a note on the thermostat. So the room temperature was not comfortable. I should’ve called, but it was late at night.

Rooms were nice & clean, staff was really helpful & nice, really patient while working out my credit card authorization issue & everything worked out perfectly & all of the staff was nice

Tge room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. Would 10/10 stay here again

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Clean rooms. Plenty of food options in the area. 10-15 minute drive from JSU. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Great value for the buck. Though, I was disappointed, as the website states they have a hot tub.
NOPE! That was one of the reasons I decided to stay there. Very disappointed.
The restaurant cafe provide great food. Great location. 5 restaurants within walking distance.

Thin Walls
The walls are really thin. We could here peoples conversation, kids running around and laughing in there room almost as if they were in the same room. The hot water really wasn't that hot. The bath mat looked really old. The hotel should spen a few extra bucks to get a new bath mat.

Good choice
Came in town for a concert and Brandon Ampitheatre. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the venue. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area.
