Our first night started off with a surprise, my wife started her period and I went to the desk to ask for some feminen products. Cameron was behind the counter and said even though I get asked this a lot we don't have anything and he suggested and gave directions to where I could go. As I went up to the room to get on the road I passed by the desk and Cameron said he was hoping I'd be back because he found some pads and he absolutely saved our honeymoon! He went above and beyond bringing the humility to the service provided by Fairfield.

Was charged an additional amount for a room with a balcony. The balcony overlooked the main highway. Very noisy and loud from all the automobile traffic. Very disappointed with the stay and the additional cost. Will definitely not stay again

The room was very clean, check-in was easy & fast, had comfortable beds & linens, breakfast was good & had plenty options. The only complaints I have are it was not real quiet, could hear lots of traffic & noise from room beside us, smelled ********* from balcony & it was supposed to be non-smoking, & the biggest complaint was false advertisement about how close it was to ocean & that it had private access to it. It was a long walk across a very busy street (6 lanes) with a fence around it. I also don’t consider it private access when you have to pay to park or to enter.

We had a room on the front of the hotel and the road noise was way too much and kept us from sleeping. Otherwise hotel was very good.

Overall wonderful but warnings should be online
Wish there was some mention of the 8 hours siren testing metioned online or in a warning while booking. It was loud and disruptive. And i understand that its necessary but i had planned a lazy get away to sleep in, for my honeymoon, and was unable to even stay in the hotel.
Other than that I would recommend replacing the shower heads. Minor upgrade to uplift the overall experience tenfold.
Rooms were so clean and ac was wonderful. Staff was so friendly. So other than not being able to be in the hotel one of the days it was a great stay. Pools were clean and breakfast was yummy.

清洁度太差了。我们住了六天，他们只认真打扫过一次房间。其他几天他们都没好好打扫过浴室，有一天甚至连垃圾都没倒。有一天我们下午4:30到的，房间还是乱糟糟的。早餐还不错，但厨房工作人员总是脾气暴躁，我们什么要求都提不出来，连热牛奶都要求不了。
地理位置优越，街对面就是海滩，旁边就是沃尔玛和其他几家商店，附近有很多餐厅，而且离德斯廷购物中心也很近。房间非常干净。唯一不足的是，房间没有地毯，没有噪音，而且早餐很美味。
我发现酒店比较老旧，而且有一股难闻的气味，但晚饭后就闻不到了。早餐不错，符合预期。
